It was held on January 31, 2016 at Kol Tikvah in Woodland Hills. We had our first ever Winter Jam on January 25th, 2015. We had an amazing line up of performers who all volunteered their time and talents, including: Cantor Mike Stein, Kitty Dahlia, The SCPCF Vocal Workshop & Vocal Vixens, Kristine JHING Sillona, Cantor Seth Ettinger, Lori Reisman, Michael Pelavin, Murray Weiss, Randy Weinstein, Julianne Sillona-de Leon, Ayra Goya, Cameron Cippolla, Allison Klotz, Hanah Gershkowitz, Grace Papish, Cassie Cardoza, Ben Shapiro, Stephanie Kupfer, Mateo Gonzales, & Ezra Soriano. “The Beat Keepers” were James Fuchs, Molly Tomer, David Rodgers, & Matthew Jaysen.

2013 Morning Recital

The Spring Recitals were held on June 2nd, 2013 at Temple Or Ami. The morning recital which started at 10AM featured students by Tina Caplan Weiss. Soon after, the lobby area was flocked with bidders of our Silent Auction that featured 34 items. Cake was served, courtesy of Nothing Bundt Cakes, and the musical entertainment was provided by Michael Pelavin and Murray Weiss during the intermission.

2013 Afternoon Recital

The Spring Recitals were held on June 2nd, 2013 at Temple Or Ami. The afternoon recital featured students by teachers trained under the foundation, and began at 1PM, right when the silent auction ended. The Grand Finale was performed by Kristine Sillona, Julianne Sillona, and Rachel Hirshee. They performed an acapella version of “Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy” by the Andrew Sisters at both recitals (watch the video below). Lastly, raffle winners and silent auction winners were announced at the end of the 2nd recital. Raffle prizes included a Family Shopping Spree, worth $750 (1st prize); a brand new Apple iPad Mini (2nd Prize); and a Family Meal Spree, worth $150.

The SCPC Foundation proudly presents The Southern California Piano Conservatory 2013 Spring Recitals, Grand Finale, featuring “Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy,” originally performed by The Andrew Sisters.

Kristine Sillona arranged a special acapella version featuring a 3-part harmony that was performed by Julianne Sillona-de Leon, Rachel Hirshee, and Kristine Sillona.
